This exclusive wilderness bush camp with easy access from Kasane in Northern Botswana is situated in the heart of the Kalahari – Kavango Transfrontier Conservation Area which covers nearly 20 million hectares of prime wildlife areas.
Chobe Forest Camp consists of 9 private campsites and 3 luxury tents and is completely surrounded by raw nature and wilderness. There are 3 luxury tents on raised wooden decks overlooking a pan and permanent water source surrounded but millions of hectares of wilderness.

We have developed the ideal 4×4 bush camp and self-drive destination in a wilderness area only 25 minutes drive from Kasane. Close enough to visit the Chobe river but just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Kasane. Chobe Forest Camp meets all the requirements for an eco-lodge with very low impact on the ecosystem while still providing a very high standard of facilities.

Fall asleep to the calls of Spotted Hyena and relax in our viewing hide to watch an array of different species come in to quench their thirst at the local water pan. Chobe forest camp offers spectacular wildlife opportunities.

The facilities include the following:
- 9 campsites (max 6 per camp)
- 3 complete luxury tents (max 4 per tent) on wooden decks with views of the pan. Each with extra comfortable king size beds, ensuite bathroom and shower ‘with a view’
- 1 office/reception

- Viewing hide and relaxing lounge with wifi
- Private ablutions of high standard for each campsite
- Borehole with crystal clear water
- Solar system for all power needs
- Biorock sewerage system for enviro friendly waste management and recycling of grey water
A short walk from the luxury tents and campsites you will find the hide where you can enjoy viewing game from a raised deck overlooking the pan and waterhole. The hide was built back into a large anthill surrounded by bush and trees with a close range view of the waterhole which attracts a large number of wildlife including Buffalo, Elephant, Sable, Impala, Lion, Hyena, Leopard, Baboon and Warthog.
The camp is completely run on solar power with special care taken to preserve the environment and the use of the latest waste management.
